Casterline|Goodman Gallery, a fine art gallery and art advisory firm, debuts the artwork of contemporary Ghanaian painter Seth Fiifi Afful – whom they now represent – at their primary gallery, located at 611 East Cooper Avenue in Aspen, CO. His exhibition entitled “Beauty in Unity” will be open to the public February 1 through March 1, 2023 at Casterline|Goodman Gallery. This is the first time Seth’s colorful and powerful artwork will be exhibited in the United States.
Seth Fiifi Afful, 32, from Accra, Ghana, is known for his unique and uniformly arranged patterns as used in both the background and subjects of his paintings. The patterns he creates are intended to represent the unity among humanity. The green eyes of his human art figures symbolize the richness of the world when humanity is united.
“While we are all of different complexions, we are all basically of the same flesh,” Seth Fiifi Afful said. “Regardless of our individual physical body appearances, culture, race, religion, sex, and gender; we are all united as one by our DNA.”
“Seth Fiifi Afful’s art represents a powerful and bright moment in contemporary artwork,” says Robert Casterline, co-owner, Casterline|Goodman Gallery. Casterline|Goodman Gallery can’t wait to celebrate Seth’s first U.S. show.”
In addition to Seth’s U.S. debut in Aspen, Casterline|Goodman Gallery is excited to exhibit his work at EXPO CHICAGO, April 13-16, 2023.
